This site sells websites to auto repair shops, and gets their Google listing set up alongside. It doesn't need much of your information to do that, so it doesn't collect much. Here's the whole picture.

What I collect, and why

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into its two forms:

• The free check-up form: your name, business name, town, and an email or phone number, so I can run the check-up and get the report to you.
• The project intake form: business and contact details needed to build your site and fix your Google listing. It isn't linked anywhere on the site. I send it to you directly once a build is agreed.

That's it. No accounts, no newsletters you didn't ask for, and no payments happen on this site.

Calling or emailing me isn't the site collecting anything, but it does leave me holding your details, so it belongs here too. If you call, text or email me directly, I keep the correspondence and your number the way any business would.

What I do with it

I use your information to respond to you and do the work you asked about. I don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. If you ask me to stop contacting you, I stop.

The services behind the site

A few reputable providers make this site run, and each sees the minimum it needs to work:

• Cloudflare hosts and secures the site, and like any host may process visitor IP addresses in its security logs.
• Web3Forms relays form submissions to my business email. Submissions are delivered to me and handled under their privacy policy in transit.
• Google Drive hosts the shared folder clients use to send me files, under their Google account terms.

The site's typefaces are served from this site itself, not from Google Fonts, so loading a page here doesn't hand your IP address to a font provider.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and runs no analytics that profile you. Cloudflare may set a strictly functional security cookie; that's the extent of it.

Visits are counted, using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It records that a page was viewed and roughly where in the world from, and it does that without cookies, without fingerprinting your browser and without building any record of you across visits or across sites. I use it to see whether the people I hand a printed report to ever open the site. There is nothing in it I could identify you from, and nothing is sold or shared.

How long I keep it

Inquiry information stays in my business email while it's useful for helping you, and client information is kept for the length of our working relationship plus normal business record-keeping. If you want something deleted, ask.

Your choices

Email kerry@kerryjacksonweb.com or call (919) 495-4094 to ask what I have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. I honor these requests for everyone, not just where a statute makes me.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If the way this site handles information changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top tells you when.
