Site Coverage

$95 a month. Optional, separate from your build. Cancel any month.

Your website is yours the day it launches whether or not you ever pay me again. This page is about what happens after that, if you would rather not be the one thinking about it.

What $95 a month buys

1

The site stays up

Hosting, SSL, software updates, backups, and a machine checking the site around the clock. If it goes down I find out from the machine, not from you. Your domain and your certificate get watched too, so nobody loses a domain because a renewal notice went to an inbox they stopped checking.

2

Breakage gets fixed

Something wrong is not a request and never gets charged for. Wrong hours, an old phone number, an address that changed, a price that moved, somebody on the site who does not work for you any more, a page that stopped loading right. Tell me and I fix it.

3

Somebody is watching your reviews

A bad review gets to you, with your rating and your review count tracked month to month so you can see which way it is going. You are not finding out three weeks later from a customer standing at your counter. You write the replies. Nothing goes up under your shop's name that you did not write.

The report is the thing you're paying for

One page, once a month, in plain English. What your uptime actually was. What broke and what I did about it. What your reviews did, and which ones want an answer. What changed on the site.

It is not a receipt for work I did. It is the point. Most of what this plan does is invisible while it is going well, and a month of nothing going wrong should still land on your desk as something you can read in two minutes and file.

One update a month

One update is included every month. Your latest Google reviews put on the site, your holiday hours set before the holiday rather than after somebody drives out to a closed shop, a new photo, a service added, a price changed.

Send it whenever it occurs to you. There is no window to catch and no date to remember, and I will tell you when it is live.

One, not unlimited, and a month you do not use does not stack up for the next one. That is what keeps this $95 rather than a number that has to cover the worst month anybody might have.

Anything past that is $75 for the change. I will always tell you the cost and wait for you to say yes in writing before I do it, and it goes on your next monthly invoice rather than as a separate bill.

What this is not

Three years with a subscription platform, and three years with me

The platforms built for repair shops are subscriptions, starting around $500 a month. You never stop paying. The same three years, side by side:

Who you'd payYear 1Year 2Year 3Three years
Full Site, then look after it yourself$2,500$0$0$2,500
Full Site, plus Site Coverage$3,640$1,140$1,140$5,920
A subscription platform, not me$6,000$6,000$6,000$18,000

Even with me looking after it every month, that is under a third of the money, and you can stop paying me any month.

Who this is for, and who should skip it

Skip it if your hours never change, your services never change, and you are comfortable logging into Google yourself. Take the site and run it. That is a real answer and I will not talk you out of it.

Take it if your hours move for holidays, you add or drop services, reviews come in that you want to know about the day they land, or you would rather this was somebody else's job than one more thing waiting for you on a Sunday night.

Start with the free check-up. I will tell you what your listing looks like today before either of us talks about a plan.
